Lachlan River floods NSW
Watercolour 38 x 28 cms Lachlan River & Menindee Lakes floods NSW
I have taken numerous photos from the train trip from Sydney to Broken Hill
(NSW). Floods around Lachlan river & Menindee Lakes came very close to the railway tracks. Water
everywhere with patches of grass & red earth poking through, trees marooned
in the water.

Nowhere to go
This is my last painting on the theme of homelessness. It is so sad that in our prosperous world there is an ever increasing number of people with no roof over their heads.

Blue Mountains, Megalong Valley
John Wilson’s workshop in January left me with 3 oil paintings,
1 was a bin ware, the other two were bad, but I thought I shd try to rescue them. I struggled at home and somehow or rather
managed to “complete” the paintings on my own.
By no means they are any good, however, I learnt a great deal and that’s what counts.
