Drought Stricken Land - Australia, jindebyne

This painting was an attempt at conquering that expensive WC "blotting" paper which lost all its sizing....if I were smart I wld chuck it!

Watercolour. Jindebyne Barry Way, the land is so dry, wispy grasses and the little bilabongs with none or little remaining "puddles".

Oil Lemons & Hibiscus... It was a struggle but I persevered. My parents divided their paintings between my brother and myself. My brother scored it .... so after much hesitation I decided to paint it for myself.
